Dr. Aazaz Haq is a board-certified psychiatrist. He sees patients via telepsychiatry in Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, and California. He is qualified to treat all mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, dementia, psychosis, and ADHD. Dr. Haq both attended medical school and completed his psychiatry residency at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He then completed a two-year fellowship in geriatric psychiatry at the University of California, Los Angeles. He is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both psychiatry and geriatric psychiatry. Please note that Dr. Haq DOES NOT currently accept insurance. The cost of an appointment is $300 for an initial evaluation and $150 for follow-up visits. Please also note that Dr. Haq can only prescribe controlled substances in Pennsylvania and Virginia, and will do so only if he feels that they are indicated after a complete evaluation.
