I had absolutely no communication from the office giving me information or link for the virtual visit leading up to my appointment date. I had to call them several times because my appointment time came and went and I still didn't have a link or communication. After 20 minutes they called me back and did a brief intake questionnaire which should have been completed long before my appointment time. they sent me a link and I had to wait in the virtual lobby for 20 minutes before she finally showed up. she said she was going to call in my prescription, and not surprisingly, it's been more than 24 hours and they still have not called it in. this is infuriating and unprofessional. this was an important appointment for me to get a refill on my mental health medication, and no one in that office seems to care for the well-being or time of the patient. they are so unprofessional it is borderline unethical
