Shani was wonderful! She's very pleasant, yet professional. There was no wait to see her, which was great. She's very well researched & helped me get a better understanding of my eating habits. Very easy to talk to, would highly recommend her.

Ms. Jordan-Goldman was extremely helpful, she gave me clear cut advice that was really effective. She was proactive about addressing my concerns and went above and beyond the basics I piched up doing my own research. She helped me reach my goals and continues to help design nutrtion plans that fit with every step in my fitness journey.

I have never been successful with "dieting" in the past and had difficulty maintaining a healthy lifestyle when I became overwhelmed with school, work, etc. Shani helped me to make realistic goals and to provide me with the motivation and encouragement I needed to succeed. She is approachable, patient, and compassionate, which helped me to build confidence in my day to day decisions with regard to food and healthy living. After working with Shani for over a year, I can honestly say I am happy about the way I feel and the choices I make.
