About Dr. Marlene Rivera
Dr. Marlene Rivera is a graduate of Sherman College of Chiropractic in SC.
She is trained in Webster Technique which is a gentle approach to treating pregnant women with a breech pregnancy. Without touching the baby, the technique mobilizes the pelvic joints and surrounding soft tissues. Not only does this relieve lower back pain but it helps the pelvis adjust to accommodate the baby. This may help provide room for the baby to more easily move into the birth position.
Dr Rivera is also a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP). She has a strong background in competitive athletics and brings this experience and expertise to her patient care. She is versed in Cox Disc Decompression Flexion/Distraction, Thompson Drop, Gonstead and Diversified

Doctor Rivera was very patient and took all the time necessary to attend to my many concerns. She had been recommended by a colleague and I understand why she liked her so much. She was very professional and explained the process thoroughly.

Dr. Rivera was absolutely wonderful. I got into a car accident a number of years ago and have not been able to find relief since. During our first visit she was able to provide me with MUCH NEEDED information. She also taught me how to better take care of my body and showed me how to make improvements that will help immediately in order to practice self care. Lastly, she is sending me for x-rays of my spine (I had never thought of this before). Although she’s confident that my spine is not curved, it is immensely comforting to know that this is part of my treatment plan. I can’t wait to go back next week!!

Dr Marlene is great, she has excellent bedside manner and she’s a super professional. After asking me some questions about my pain, she set me up with a TENS machine and some warm blankets to loosen my muscles. Then she did some adjustments on my back and I immediately felt relief. I’ll need to come back for further treatment but I feel confident that Dr Marlene can help me get back to normal again.

Omg I love my entire experience. I had severe neck back and joint pain that I suffered from a untreated car accident . With a few visits I seen results she was very detailed and addressed every concern. I have ways to go but I recommend her to anyone.
