About Elena Ostrovsky

I’m Elena Ostrovsky, MS, RDN, and I help patients optimize their diet while taking weight-loss medications. Together, we create a personalized plan that enhances your results, supports your health, and makes your weight-loss journey safer and sustainable. Appointments are available via in-person visits or Zoom.
Elena is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist with over 15 years of extensive experience. She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition and Food Science from Hunter College and the City University of New York and completed a dietetic internship program at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York. She is an accredited member of the American Nutrition Academy and has earned a Certificate of Training in Weight Management. Her areas of expertise include weight management, eating disorders, stress management, hormonal imbalances, diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, thyroid issues, skin concerns, fitness, and wellness.
