Wonderful! Although she no longer accepts insurance, I still like this doctor and I'm willing to pay out of pocket for good medical care.

Really great experience here. I arrived about 15 minutes early and the doctor saw me 10 minutes early, which is usually unheard of. She was very friendly and made me comfortable. I don't like needles, so when she took my blood to test it, she helped me relax by asking me questions and really made it fly by. Will definitely return here for my next appointment.

Didn't actually care to talk to me about any of my concerns or symptoms. Office never contacted me with results of my blood work, and even though my concerns were correct, didn't let me know about a follow up appointment or any options.

Was able to get an appointment at short notice, and happy I did. Dr Shanti was very knowledgeable and attentive, and discussed everything with me first, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything. She is also very local, which is convenient I would go back to her as a general physician

I had to wait outside of the building for 20 minutes because no one was there at 9am. I called the number 10 times and even sent an email while I waited. No response. I saw the office clerk dash in the parking lot at 9:17am and then proceeded to wave me in at 9:20am as if she was bothered by me! By the time the doctor saw me, she rushed me and asked personal questions in a room who's door was unlocked to the front waiting area. I could hear everyone's conversation, which means they could hear mine. I was mortified. I left as quickly as I could, trying not to look in pain as they poorly drew blood from my arm. It now has a bruise the size of a quarter. I will never go again. Stay away from there!

I highly recommmend Dr. Powell! The office staff however, seems clueless at their job. First didn't properly pull insurance info.. when lab results came back they don't even know how to attach them to the portal that they use... if I didn't have to ever talk to or see anyone but Dr. Powell it would be perfect!

The office was bright and new. Very comfortable. Nurse was sweet and administered blood work gently.
Dr. Powell was very thorough in answering/asking questions for my physical and took down notes the whole time.
I'm glad to have finally found a doctor who is friendly, professional, and close to home.
