About Dr. David Nguyen

David Nguyen, DO, is a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he earned his medical degree in 2022. He then completed his residency at the Conroe Family Medicine Residency program in 2025. Board certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Nguyen joined Kelsey-Seybold in October 2025. As a Family Medicine physician, Dr. Nguyen sees both individuals and entire families across their lifespans. He treats a broad variety of medical concerns, including acute illness, chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, or COPD, and mental concerns such as anxiety and depression. He also provides preventive care such as well checks and sports physicals. Dr. Nguyen’s clinical interests include preventive health and the management and avoidance of chronic conditions.
