The staff is very warm and friendly...especially at the front desk. Dr. Sultana was very nice, knowledgeable, and thorough. She immediately apologized for the long wait and assured it wasn't a regular occurrence. She took her time to explain things in detail and gather information about my medical history (I was a new patient). I've been to many doctors and none have been as thorough as Dr. Sultana...and that was only one visit! Her great bedside manner along with the wonderful staff make me feel like I have found the perfect PCP for me.

Arrived 15 minutes early, and office was closed, came back at 9 and 3 patients were already inside and checked in before me, even though I had an appointment slot for 9am. Office is very confusing for a new patient and there were flies everywhere.
I’ve worked with medical assistants before and the front desk workers were the usual minimum wage/I don’t care about this job attitude and would not stop having full length personal conversations on the phone or with each other in view of patients 1 foot away.
Staff also don’t wear masks which is the usual now for medical office.

They’re no longer booking appts through zocdoc. I booked an appt a week ago for today and when i didnt hear any follow up, i called the day before. Turns out they’re not using zocdoc anymore. Good thing i checked - because zocdoc still confirmed the appt.

I went to the office 2 times in a week, once for an appointment and once just for a "quick" less than five minute sonogram and both times I waited over 2 hours. The office is a mess and now I can't even get them to call in the prescription they promised to do.

The Doctor is alright, but the office itself is horrible. When I first arrived, I was appalled by how crowded it was , and it smelt bad. It looked more like a clinic. Nurses and other helpers were rude, and could barely speak English so I couldn’t understand them. I didn’t see any professionals wash their hands, and I had to ask several times for them to put tissue in the bathroom. It was just completely intolerable. Wasn’t professional at all. I waited so long for a simple physical exam and bloodwork. Dirty place, long wait, rude workers. Don’t go here. I had to refrain from cursing out the workers and calling them out on their unsanitary and unprofessional practices. Just disgusting. I cannot believe this place was recommended to me. The workers are clueless, everyone just wants your money, and they spoke to me in such a condescending manner. I pretended to nice and kept it classy because you can’t trust these places and I just wanted to get the hell out. I’m so disappointed. It’s a shame because despite not being the friendliest, the doctor herself is fine and seems knowledgeable enough , however the visit with her felt rushed and uncaring, and she needs to rethink hiring decisions. I will be looking for a new office.

My initial visit to this office was for a routine physical. I was told to fast day of for my 11 am appointment for the blood tests. I waited over three hours to see the doctor for five minutes. Dr Sultana was very nice, I have no complaints about her mannerisms however this was an exceedingly painful wait time. I finally went to give blood at 230-3pm and after a failed number of times to obtain blood they offered me a candy for my discomfort. I was reluctant to return but my follow up visit was *required* for blood results, which I called and confirmed would only take 15-20 minutes, it took over an hour to be seen.

This office has descended into chaos. What was once a solid team, albeit slow, is now incompetent and condescending. The wait times are reliably over 2 hours, even just for blood work (without seeing the doctor). They actually tell you you are lucky for only having to wait 3 hours. Such a shame what has happened to this place-- patients beware. If you can't advocate for yourself here, they will inevitably make major mistakes in your care.

Dr. Sultana is great and all the staff at the office is efficient and very very professional. The office space is clean- although small, and the bathroom is sanitary. My only issue is the wait time; it's a killer. You either have to book your appt early in the morning, and hope you're the first, or book it at the very end of your day, and plan to spend the evening. Otherwise, you're spending a hell of a lot of time at the office.

It was a pleasant experience. The nurses were polite and the doctor is also really knowledgeable she knows what she is doing. The only problem i had was that i had to wait for 3 hours just to be seen by the doctor. The office makes appointments they should improve the waiting time the office was full with patients there is no point of making appointments if everyone has to wait that long.

Initially I thought the office was nice and clean. The young woman helping me was very helpful and promised the medical form I needed filled out would get to my employer ASAP. That was a month ago and they still have not sent the form. I had to cancel an appointment three times because the staff never listen to voice messages patients leave, and the man who I did talk to -who promised it was cancelled- messed up and it was still listed that I had the appointment. They kept calling to confirm the appointment I had cancelled. Then I had to reschedule another appointment and left a message because no one answers the phones. No one called me back for almost two weeks! And when she did call, I asked about the form and she refused to tell me anything. She didn't know what I was talking about. I told her to forget it and just have the nice lady call me back, and I hung up. A few minutes later another woman called me and screamed at me. I could not understand her through all the screaming. I tried to repeat my requests about the form and that I need my test results, but I gave up, yelled back at her and I hung up. The incompetence of the office staff is unbelievable. As for the doctor, she is sort of spaced out and didn't seem to be listening to anything I said. I liked the people taking my blood- they were really on top of things. I did wait for roughly two hours, even with an appointment, which messed up my day. I suggest a different doctor. This place is not worth it. The front desk staff and the doctor don't listen, wait is far too long, and I feel completely disregarded. I am very frustrated by this entire experience.

Downside of visit, I told the front desk that I had completed all forms online, she told me I still have to fill the same forms in my handwriting.

While Dr. Sultana is a kind physician who cares about her patients, seeking medical attention at her office continues to be an arduous challenge. I was informed by the Dr. Sultana’s office manager that a visit was necessary for insurance purposes in order to get a maintenance medication that actually had1 remaining refill. The request made for Dr. Sultana to call in a 30-day refill to my local pharmacy, which I intended to pay without insurance, was left unanswered. While I needed a 90-day prescription to meet requirements for a mail order service, taking my medicine during the interim of doctor visits and tests seemed more important to me. As my appointment was scheduled for 3pm, it was necessary to inform the receptionist at 4pm that I had to leave the doctor's office at 4:15pm. Oppose to rescheduling, Dr. Sultana did see me after two highly accommodating physician assistants took care of my blood work in a prompt and professional manner. During my visit I expressed concerns about my health and the need to increase the strength of my medication which Dr. Sultana did not object to because I would be seeing her again after 4-weeks to assess effectiveness. When I arrived to the pharmacy, instead of an increased strength, a strength lower than my current mcg was called in. I sent an email & called Dr. Sultana's office at 5:38pm before the closing hour of 6pm to address the matter, however there was no reply to either correspondence I made. I am still without my medication and I have to wait another day hoping for a resolution.
