Dr. Cross was great. Follow up visit was also fantastic. The office staff were friendly. Beware if you require meds that needs insurance approval, you’ll be waiting a while. I have to continuously follow up to get the ball going or else nothing happened. The staff may need better management to ensure workflow
success. Still waiting to hear back.

The doctor left me hanging til this day and didn't review my results with me. I left messages galore for Matt to call me and apparently his vacation is more important. Front desk receptionist is also very unfriendly. I would not recommend!

Can't believe I'm saying this about going to the Dr. but it was a really great experience! The reception staff were efficient, helpful, and friendly. Felix was friendly, an excellent communicator, and made me feel very comfortable getting blood drawn. This was one of the first times in my life I've had blood drawn and I barely even noticed what was happening. Felix was quick in following up with me for a video consult afterward. Dr. Cross was also an excellent communicator and asked some great questions regarding an injury I was recovering from and was really listening to my answers/concerns. I felt respected, comfortable, and in good hands with this crew. Dr. Cross gave me a Tetanus shot that was smooth as silk as well. Top notch people here and I thank every one of you for making it such a pleasant experience.
