I needed a doctor to listen to my concerns about my medications. She totally understood that we spoke for a while about previous medicine I had been on and agreed that Soto very stressful situation I am in right now I would speak with a therapist and she would work with me on making sure I was on the proper medication for my needs. She was very knowledgeable and understanding about what I needed, not just someone to write scripts but someone to help make the best medication decisions for my need. I would totally recommend her to anyone who wants to work with someone that wants to know her patients and work with them to find the best medications for their depression/anxiety needs.

Sharon DeJesus has worked more than 22 years as a Psychiatric NP dedicated to providing excellence in patient care. Early work with Children and Adolescents and later transitioned to working with adults. In 2009, she took her first step in to entrepreneurship and built a successful and innovative Small Group Behavioral Health Practice, Private Practice Center of New York where she can use her education and professional skills to assist clients on their life journey. Was prescribed medication but the prescription was never sent to the pharmacy to be filled. Multiple attempts to contact the office through calls and text messages with no response or follow up; to charge so much money for a very short appointment and go completely non responsive afterwards is extremely unprofessional. I am left wondering if I was scammed. Do not recommend.

They prescribed me ADHD medicine and when i reached out with questions about it , they never answered. I requested to be seen again to change my dosage and no answer. Only to find out by looking at the app she dropped my insurance without any notice and just decided to stop answering. The video call itself was good and she was very nice. Just terrible afterwards

Consultation went well, needed to change pharmacies which was accomodated after a few days. Then I found out I needed prior authorization and couldn’t get in contact for the past month - calls, texts, emails. My pharmacy got no reply either. The assistant even texted me about a follow up visit where I explained my situation. No reply. So if you need help getting your medication all I can say is godspeed. It’s hard enough to seek help as is, this is just the icing on a hopeless cake.

I scheduled this appointment because I wanted to go on medication form my anxiety. Appointment was - she didn't dictate what I should be on and took my input into consideration. However, I can't get my medication. It took 2 days to fill the prescription (not horrible but I would expect it to happen the same day) but it was sent over incorrectly and could not be filled. I tried calling/texting and so did the pharmacy but she never responded. I had to schedule a new appointment with a different doctor so this was just a waste.
