Wonderful experience as I did not know that this facility existed. It has parking in the lot right on the same side of the building (west) located where you can also park for AMC movies. You don't see the University of Chicago sign til up close to the lot.
I was checked on quickly, Dr. DUVALL was very personable and pleasant. She was thorough with her discussions and set me up for lab work the same day. Loved the new building and medical equipment. Technology has brought medicine to a new level of performance

If you don’t want to be heard and listened to about your concerns and thoughts, then come see Dr. Duval! I swear I didn’t get a second to breathe the entire appointment. She talks more about her own kids than anything else. I came in to establish care and for a regular physical. Literally kept talking about her own kids and did not allow a moment to process any directions or information that she was giving. I left feeling invalidated in my concerns and exhausted.

Though it's only been my second visit with Dr. Duval, I really appreciate how thorough she is in her patient care. And she has an excellent bedside manner. In fact, I've already recommended her to a few people in my circle because I've enjoyed my experience with her so much. I've never had a doctor I've liked this much before.

This was my first visit with Dr. Duval and my first time at the doctor in about six years. Dr. Duval is very supportive and informative. She makes you feel at ease and reveals her personality during the appointment. She also explains why certain exams need to be done, how they are/should be done, and what she is doing while she examines you. This all really helped with my apprehension about going back to the doctor.

I’m so happy I found Dr. D. She was amazing. She listened carefully, was very patient with my questions and concerns.
She made sure all of my questions were addressed and ordered the test she needed to support everything.

Excellent. Dr. Duval takes the time to explain the medical diagnosis. Dr Duval explains in an easy, non-medical, jargon, way. I will be Dr. Duval's patient in the future.

It felt like the doctor had a script she was just trying to get through. She would ask me a question, I would start to answer, and she would cut me off with her next question. Trying to get through everything as fast as possible. She is new to the practice, so was unable to refer me to doctors who specialize in my issues.
I asked in my appointment note and at the check in desk that my providers wear respirators (N95/KN65 masks). The person at the desk confirmed that they would. The nurse and two blood draw technicians wore nothing. The doctor wore a baggy surgical mask. I wish the desk clerk had at least been honest and told me no one would wear a respirator. I felt mislead and it damaged my trust.
