Friendly front office staff, nurse was nice and conversational, VanGronigen was professional and thorough with explanations, inquiring if anything needed clarification. Despite being unsure with how to refer to a transgender individual, lack of name or pronoun use, respect was maintained with proper professionalism with patient health and well being as the main priority. Would return again.
