I visited Dr. Shen-Han Lin's office by chance for the first time and he has been my favorite doctor since I can remember. He is outstandingly intelligent, warm hearted, and understanding.

The staff were kind and efficient. Dr. Lin listened to my tirade, and responded with care and concern. And this was my first visit! I left with hope, prescriptions, tests (with results to come), and a feeling of security that I now have a reliable health-care home base.

I was very happy with my visit with Dr. Lin. I didn’t have a long wait time, the staff that I encountered were very courteous. The triage nurse was patient, she listened, took my vitals, and was professional.
This was my first visit with Dr. Lin in Manhattan, as I have visited him before in the Bronx. I find this doctor to be very professional, kind, down to earth, he has a great sense of humor when appropriate, and he truly listens.
One can tell he really cares for his patients. He is honest with his findings and what I love about this doctor if you have a suggestion or want to know more about a medication, he will go out of his way to help you, and will give you the findings about the medication. He will give you his advice about your suggestion pertaining to your situation.
Be open and honest with him and don’t be shy, your healthcare is very important. Write a list of the medications you take, your medical situation, and anything that comes to mind that could help you medically. He doesn’t make you feel like you are a patient just sitting and listening and not being able to get a doctor to listen to you. I’m so happy I found this doctor, and now I have family members that want him as their doctor too.
