I had such a great experience with Dr. Kiess. She was incredibly caring, attentive, and informative, and really took the time to listen and answer my questions. Even though I was just there for an annual physical, I felt genuinely heard and cared for throughout the appointment. I’ve bounced around between different primary care physicians for a while trying to find someone who felt like the right fit, and I finally feel like I’ve found that with Dr. Kiess. I would absolutely recommend her and will definitely be going back!

Nicole was absolutely amazing!! I truly can't recommend her enough. She was so thorough and attentive. She listened closely to everything I brought up, I never felt rushed, and she answered all of my questions. I just saw her this morning and already recommended her to my coworker.
The office was also lovely - clean and the staff were really kind. There was a fire on the train, so I was 10 min late to the apt and they still saw me.
Overall a fantastic experience!

Dr. Kiess was great. She listened carefully, explained everything, and answered all my questions. In the past, I've often felt rushed when speaking with doctors and later realize that I have omitted or forgotten important details or information. I didn't feel that way with Dr. Kiess. She was patient and thorough. At the end of my appointment, she asked me if I had any other questions or concerns which I really appreciated and helped me address one last concern I had been hesitant to bring up. I trust this doctor.
