Dr. Trotman was great. There was a small wait for me to be seen but the staff were knowledgeable and very nice. The doctor was very thorough and took the time to explain her thoughts and diagnosis. I would highly recommend her!

The doctor was very kind and nice on my first visit. My first visit was supposed to be for an echocardiagram, but when I got there I was told that it was for on consultation because they could not access my ZocDoc request. After my consultation she sent me to get an echocardiagram. After the echo, I had to wait two weeks to get the results. The doctor told me she could call me with the results sooner but when I called her office, her receptionists said they don't to results over the phone. My follow up appointment was supposed to be at 9:30 on a Friday, but somehow the appointment was moved to 11:45 without my knowledge. When I called the office to inquire why my appointment had been moved, the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I went in for my results, the doctor was not able to give me much detail about my echocardiogram. What she was able to tell me was kind of vague and ominous. She said she wanted to send me to a congenital heart specialist but never gave me his information or called me to follow up. Again, the doctor was a sweet woman, but pretty much everything about the experience was sub par.

Very Professional and courteous. Shows Empathy and concern. Takes her time and ask questions also listens to patients concerns. Wait time wasn't bad either. Suggest you make early appointment because she gets busy.
