Since I live in East Bay, I usually visit the doctors in Fremont but they are not available until January 2017. This is my first time to visit Dr. Wang. She is very patient to explain the medical terms to me, and the office staffs are helpful to new patients to finish the document set up and lab test requirement. The whole process took about 45 minutes. Very efficient and productive!
Can patients choose the timeframe to avoid get sick? No. Nothing you can do during holidays because the doctors have the vacation plan too! Remember, your medical problem would not be the first priority to be solved since you may need to wait for the appointment scheduled one month after.
From this experience, I strongly recommend Dr. Wang and her team because they value your health as top priority.

Dr. Wang was professional yet relatable and easy to talk to which is something I seek out in my care provider and in particular for my women's health-related questions. She was prompt yet thorough and willing to answer my many questions as well. The nurses/physician's assistants on sight were outstanding as well. I did not feel like I was being rushed through to get to the next appointment. Overall wonderful experience!

Dr Mimi Wang received both her undergraduate and Medical degrees from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She subsequently went on to receive her specialization training at the White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles where she conducted research in preeclampsia that was presented at a medical conference. At the end of her training, she received the American Association of Gynecologist Laparoscopists' Special Resident Award for her surgical skills. Dr Wang is warm and engaging, and was originally drawn to obstetrics because it provides a wonderful opportunity to follow women throughout one of the most life-changing events of their lives. She enjoys working with and supporting women who are trying to conceive. She also enjoys providing continuous care to women with all kinds gynecological issues.
Dr Wang is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and speaks some Spanish.

Dr Wang is wonderful! She takes time to listen to her patients, puts them at ease! She's very kind, explains ever step of her exam and patiently answers all questions. Wait time could be a little shorter but her staff kept checking in to make sure all is well. Highly recommend Dr Wang!

Dr. Wang is amazing and personable. Getting your lady-annual sucks, but she and her office made it a serene experience. The time she takes out to give to a patient and pleasant experience helps give context for the wait time and I do think that it is worth the wait.
The downside is the front office staff. They're not very attentive. I don't think there are enough computers or something because there's constantly a lot of nurses up there in the front but seem to be waiting on a computer or chatting amongst each other. I felt ignored by them most of the time which was even more infuriating when it seemed that they were more attentive (not by much but still) to pregnant women, especially if they have kids. I get that you see these women more and kids are sometimes cute. I even see that some of them are mom-zilla and frankly demand the attention, some even rightfully so, but on top of being ignored, seeing every pregnant woman that came in actually get looked at on arrival (I was given a gruff "sign in please" and hardly any eye contact through my experiences with them) plus go back before me (it was a 40 minute wait) set me up to be pretty angry to still be treated with a stand-offish attitude with every interaction. Even when I was letting them know one of the toilets was out of TP. You would have thought I broke one of their freshly manicured nails for daring to interrupt the chit chat to try and help them avoid an (justifiably) angry woman who wouldn't have TP since I had used the last of it.
Anyway. I'll go back for Dr. Wang, who is definitely worth the wait time, but if the staff is still a bunch of cliquey hens with better things to do on my next visit, I'll probably go elsewhere.

I went for an annual exam and Dr. Wang was great in every way. Just a slight oversight by the nurse. She left me in the room and told me to put on the gown, open in the front, but there was no gown! Just a big rectangle cover that is typically used over your lap/pelvic area. Dr. Wang located the gown in a draw and gave it to me. The gown matter is trivial; however, having oversights with your patient can be quite costly or detrimental in other areas, and definitely not a good practice to have.

I enjoyed Dr. Wang; she was efficient but addressed my concerns and made me feel comfortable.
However, as many other commenters have noted, the wait time at this clinic is *very* long. Another patient in the waiting area with my was waiting well over an hour.

Careful and compassionate doctor who did not rush me. I was satisfied with the visit and follow-up care. However, during the first visit I had to fill out a billion of forms AGAIN even though I already did that on zocdoc. Front desk said the system wasn't working or something, but my guess is that it was a user error.

Very pleased. It is always nerve wracking trying to find the right doctor. Dr. Wang made me feel comfortable and was very nice and thorough. Never once did I feel rushed or neglected.
