I needed to explain many things to the Nurse that I wrongly assumed that the Nurse would communicate to the Doctor. I did not re-explain everything to the Nurse. Now I must return for another appointment because I did not get the all the recommendations I need.
I called back and they told me they can not treat more than one health issue at a time. This creates more office visits, more money for the Dr. (more time spent for the patient and the Dr.) Time and money could have been saved by giving me my requested recommendations without further appointments. I have been told that I have to come back at least 2 more times. Not efficient.

I came in to get blood work done and arrived at my appt to find out that they don’t do blood work the last hour before closing, which is fine but I was never told that even though that was the reason for coming in the first place. I was then given a diagnosis based off an assumption with no test given. I rejected the antibiotics because there was no test to confirm that was even needed and I didn’t want that type of diagnosis in my medical records. Otherwise, friendly staff and doctor. But I will be seeking help elsewhere.
