Any test results that require attention, she takes the time to follow up and recommend the next steps for proper treatment or what should be done to get past the medical problem. she is the best provider Optum has and should be treated and handled by staff with the UTMOST respect and not as if she's a disposable provider how I've heard staff speak in such manner.
