I really liked Dr. Ali. She was incredibly patient and nice and very friendly. Her staff was really professional and nice as well. There was a bit of a wait between meeting with the nurse and Dr. Ali, but she apologized immediately for it and I didn't think it was that bad. I also like that their bloodwork lab is in-house so you don't have to go somewhere else to get that done.

This was my first unpleasant visit. I adore Dr. Nadia Ali; however, today seemed chaotic. I came in for a checkup and after just over an hour wait: got my normal intake, 3-4 questions and then shuffled to a room for blood work and samples i wasnt exactly prepared for. Its been a while since my last physical/check up but I thought that was a bit lacking. Im sure it all comes down to a busy/off day and i will certainly be seeing Dr Nadia Ali again.

Doctor okay , cooperative. She had a poor memory between visits, and failed to review file in advance so it felt like being a new patient each time. Office staff better. But they rescheduled last three appointments, very difficult to actually see doctor. At least one excuse was a lie - they call a week in advance to try to reschedule so doctor can leave early, call again the day of to say that the doctor suddenly had an emergency and can't make appointment. Really?

Very happy with her. Very easy to talk to and you could tell she is listening. Doesn't treat you like you are on an assembly line. She seems to give each patient a lot of time but the waiting time isn't long.

It was a great session. As a patient new to the NJ and US medical system there is a lot to take in and much of the complexity was about different options and requirements of the insurance company. Dr Ali was pretty helpful on that although there is a lot to learn!

Dr. Ali is great. She's very friendly and takes the time to talk to you. Her receptionists however, are the reason I will unfortunately no longer be seeing her. They have caused me so many issues with my insurance. They don't file claims correctly, resulting in me receiving bills for services that are supposed to be covered. You have to call them constantly to resolve the issue and many times they don't call back. It's a shame, Dr. Ali is great but her staff is not.

It's hard when you are desperate for pain relief and you meet doctors who perhaps are excellent, but don't seem to reflect or empathize with the pain that you are going through. Dr. Ali is excellent. She really made me feel like I was cared about, that my pain mattered to her, and that she wanted to do her best for me. She was really kind and listened to me talk and allowed me to express the anxiety that my pain's been giving me. I really appreciated it. So happy to have found her. :)
