Dr. Isaacs has helped me tremendously. I was sufferring from heel pain on and off for about 6 months. the last 2 doctors I saw just gave me injections, which only worked for a short time. Dr. Isaacs listened to me thoroughly, and said since injections were not helping me, I should try something else. He explained my condition, and then performed a small procedure in the office. I was pain free, and saw him one time afterwards for a follow up visit.

Dr. Isaacs combines clinical experience with extensive knowledge of current practices and tests available. He went the extra mile explaining the various options available, and did a thorough evaluation of my feet. I've always been mildly embarrassed taking off my socks and shoes, but he immediately put me at ease with his bedside manner. I would highly recommend.

I saw a couple of bad reviews and chose to ignore them as the doctor's office is within a block of mine, especially since my foot was really hurting. Worst decision ever, the doctor does not have an X-Ray machine in his office as I now realize a podiatrist must have. Needless to say I had to visit another podiatrist a couple of weeks later.

He was not even in the office when my appt was scheduled. He came at least 15 minutes late. However, once he was there, he was really great to talk to and deal with. BUT he told me to come back the next week. Well, I came back and the rude receptionist told me he was on vacation for four days... I call him. He calls me back 24 long hours later to reschedule. I got it as a voicemail. I called back, left a voicemail about good dates. Never heard from him again. Ever. Awful. I am in pain, and he can't even reschedule an appt that he completely booked on his vacation.

I had a pretty decent experience with Dr. Isaacs, but the strangest thing happened. WE were all set to have a minor surgical procedure performed- except I had to chase after him to get ANY details. In the end, I just stopped trying and my procedure day came and went, and I still haven't heard from him. It now has me questioning all the previous care I received from him. Very bizarre.

I was nervous about this experience; however, even though it was a new experience with Dr. Isaacs, it was a very pleasant one. He talked me through the surgery. My first time visiting a podiatrist and Dr.Isaacs and his staff were just awesome. Everyone was friendly and I was seen right away (ZocDoc check-in option is extremely convenient). Dr.Isaacs was quick and efficient, and made sure to explain each aspect of the examination and let you know what he was doing and why. Not only were his explanations thorough, but they were easy to understand. Awesome doc, definitely recommend!
