He believes that his intimate relationship with this vibrant community and his appreciation of its medical and social needs will allow him to successfully attend to the general medical, preventive, and specialty care of this rapidly expanding population.
His primary goal as a practitioner is to ensure that each of his patients are happy and healthy. He spends time with his patients to make a personal connection and to customize treatment around their lifestyles and needs to determine their best individual treatment options.
Patients visiting Dr. Simon Fensterszaub can receive a full range of medical services. General consultations and preventative disease screenings are available, as well as more specialized treatment for specific issues, including hypertension, diabetes, allergies, arthritis, sore throat, ear infections, asthma, allergic cough, substance abuse, fevers, acne, eczema, and daytime sleepiness.

I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. Being a new patient that's not a good idea but the receptionist took my information right away and I waited for maybe 10 before being seen by the nurse and then Dr. Fensterzuab came in when the nurse was finish with my vitals. The staff was friendly and professional. Dr.Fensterzuab made me feel comfortable. He listed and answered my questions thoroughly. He made suggestions and gave reasonings as to why he was recommending certain things. I feel like he actually cares. Thank you Dr. Fensterzuab and a thank you to your staff as well

My first visit was great. But the follow up was when it went down hill. I asked the doctor if I could get a certain Prescription and he said yes as long as my blood work came back fine. I waited and everything came back fine. When I called the office to have them send the prescription to the pharmacy I called THREE times to verify they had sent BOTH of them and the girl said yes to the THREE times I called. I went to the pharmacy to pick them up and when I got there they only had one. I asked if maybe they never received the email from the doctor and the pharmacist checked to see and they never sent the second one. When I called again I was given the run around that day the office closed at 1:45 and the call center kept lying to me and saying they closed at 3:45 she kept telling me to call at 4 and I asked her several times why would I call at 4 if the office closes at 3:45? She kept saying that they would answer my call after hours. So I listened since she works in the office I trusted she was telling the truth. Now mind you this day I was calling since 12 and nobody called me back until 4:15. That is ridiculous. I spoke to a Dr there and he said I could come in a pick up the prescription on Saturday I couldn't cause I had prior engagement. So I called on Sunday around 2pm and spoke to another doctor who told me to come in on Sunday to pick up the prescription. So I asked my sister for the favor of driving me. We drove all the way from Long Island to Brooklyn. It was a good hour and a half drive all for nothing!! When I got to the office they told me I needed to register and wait to see a doctor. The person who I spoke to should've explained that a little bit better. I wasted my time money and gas and also my sisters time to go to this office for nothing. I had gotten the prescription approved by two doctors already I have taken this in the past and they were not considerate that I had taken a trip so far to come and get this. Not a helpful office at all and the doctors aren't very friendly kind of treat you like your not worth their time if you don't look a certain way. The receptionist didn't want to be bothered and kept their heads down for a good amount of time .. I have worked in the medical field for six years and have NEVER encountered something like this in my life. The most horrible experience ever. Will never go back to this place and will not recommend it to anyone.

My visit went great. The office is clean and the receptionist was nice. I didn't have to wait no more than 15mins. The doctor is nice. He asked me what was wrong with my hand (I sprained my wrist). He actually listened. He helped me to get an xray. I most certainly will being going back. Great office and great staff. Kudos to Dr.Fensterszaub!!!
