I was very pleased with my experience at this clinic. I was able to schedule my appointment within a day for my annual checkup and work clearance. I completed my forms online and was seen right away. Front desk was friendly and professional, as were the medical staff. I was evaluated by Dr. Chen who was attentive, kind, and thorough with his assessment. The clinic is very clean, spacious, and organized. Very happy to have found this place.

The doctor himself is fine — but the nurse/staff there are not very professional and friendly. They were chatting, gossiping and laughing loudly the whole time i was there.

Dr. Chen answered all of my questions patiently and clearly. The receptionist and nurse were also kind and handled things quickly. I was able to address what I needed, access charts afterwards, and felt very comfortable overall. Would gladly come again.

Everyone was so nice from the start. I arrived a little early and they guessed my name before I provided it to them (the woman at the front desk was so sweet!). I was taken in right away and the medical assistant was super friendly and nice. Dr Chao Chen was so professional and friendly. Great experience for an annual check-up! Highly recommended.
