Doctor Rubin is extremely understanding, empathetic, and knowledgeable without the normal level of condescension of most doctors.
Her approach to care is logical and she takes into consideration all factors in treating your issue versus treating the symptoms.
She took the time to meet with me (and my partner on a separate visit) for nearly an hour. I wasn’t rushed out with a prescription forced on me.
Highly recommend and felt so comfortable, and I hadn’t had a check up in close to 20 years. Wasn’t judged, felt heard. For someone with high white coat anxiety, I’ve never felt more at ease. Hard to find these days.
Nursing staff was friendly and warm.

I'm coming from Medical Office of Manhattan, [MOM], which I enjoyed because of the atmosphere/ staff/location. I now live in New Jersey. This place is better by a factor of 3.
[1] Staff was better with introductions.
[2] Better in cleanliness/ equipment/ over-all comfortable about being there.
[3] The Doc I seen was so much more attentive on listening to me...not trying to over power me with their experiences/ knowledge.
The best part of the visit...the Doc gave me answers thru experience not just what was read on the computer/ book/memory. This place didn't make me feel like I was on an assembly line. They made it personal.
