Dr Joorabchi’s bedside manner was superb! He listened attentively and at no point did I feel rushed. I felt really comfortable speaking with him about my issues and get that he truly cared and wanted to help. While I was in the office, he actually performed a maneuver to help me with my vertigo, which my last ENT did not even suggest. The wait time wasn’t long and the staff was very pleasant. 5 stars!

Due the the COVID-19 pandemic, they started check in outside made sure no one had a fever before allowing anyone in the office. Once in the office, everyone was welcoming and friendly. The doctor was very nice and explained everything thoroughly
