She was excellent and very interested in helping me assess any and all skin problems. Her office is clean and is part of the Mt. Sinai Chinatown building so seems like most of her patients are Chinese however she was extremely helpful with any and all dermatological issues.

The front office was rude, told me I should have been there 20 minutes earlier to fill out forms I'd already filled out via ZocDoc (which the front desk was not aware was even a thing)... then they weren't sure what was covered under my copay and were super sketchy about what I would be charged for, not at all informative or helpful.
Dr. Kim was very nice and helpful, though she'd never heard of the brand of skin treatment I needed, and offered cheaper but less effective options. Not a waste of time, but not ideal.

I am a new patient of Dr. Kim's and I had a great experience with her. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. She has a very good bedside manner that made me feel like I was an important patient. Her staff were all very professional and welcoming, and reception did a great job of explaining the forms I needed to fill out. They asked that I come early to fill out the forms, and once I arrived, they got me all set up so that I could see Dr. Kim at my scheduled appointment time. I did not have to wait at all. Lastly, her offices are very nice, clean and spacious. It was one of the best doctor visits I have had in awhile, and I definitely will keep her as my dermatologist and will recommend her to others.
