Dr Casley-Hayford is an physician who communicates well, is warm, courteous and answers all questions. She reviewed my results with me and gave important feedback. I did have to wait about 40 mins to be seen but that’s to be expected at the end of the day and during cold/flu time. Front desk was kind and was working as hard as possible to get patients through.
