About Lindsay Princer
Lindsay Princer, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in ear, nose, and throat (ENT) care, proudly serving patients in Midtown Manhattan. She developed an early interest in ENT through shadowing top otolaryngologists in New York City. After completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan, she earned her degree as a Physician Assistant from Pace University. She has since built her career in ENT medicine, focusing on patient-centered, evidence-based care, with a strong commitment to clinical excellence and a focus on compassionate care.
An active member of the Society of PAs in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, she regularly attends the ENT for the PA-C conference to stay current with the latest diagnostic and treatment techniques. In her practice, Lindsay evaluates and manages conditions such as hearing loss, sinus disease, allergies, voice and throat disorders, as well as head and neck concerns. She also performs in-office procedures, including cerumen removal, fiberoptic nasal endoscopy, nasal cauterization, and fiberoptic laryngoscopy. She is dedicated to providing thoughtful, individualized care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
Working in the ENT office of Dr. Nilesh Patel, they collaborate, sharing ideas and information to ensure patients receive the most thoughtful and effective care. This team-based approach combines Lindsay’s expertise as a Physician Assistant with Dr. Patel’s experience as a board-certified ENT, giving patients the confidence of comprehensive, coordinated care.
Outside of medicine, she enjoys reading, traveling, Broadway shows, and discovering new restaurants across the city. A native New Yorker, Lindsay is passionate about building lasting relationships with her patients and is dedicated to providing exceptional ENT care.

Horrible I made the appointment over the phone because I have terrible ear pain I gave them my insurance insurance asked if they accepted it she said yes I woke up early to get there and the heartless work told me OH WE HAD TO SEE THE CARD TO CONFIRM EVEN IF WE TOLD YOU WE ACCEPTED IT...THESE PEOPLE ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL THANK GOD THEY DONT SPECIALIZED IN A MORE SREIOUS BODY PART LIKE THE HEART....I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM
