The reason for my low review is due to the blood collecting during my annual physical. Whoever was doing the job was not very gentle, I remember it hurting more than usual after been taped off (and i know how it should go since i do it yearly). After taking off the bandaid at home, I had a massive bruising, 2 inch square black spot of soreness. Two weeks later and it is still in the red/yellow stage.

I can’t recommend this office or Dr. Lora. I didn’t feel heard, and any health concerns I shared was met with a referral to a specialist rather than any discussion to help me make an informed decision. At one point on a follow up virtual visit (that I vocalized multiple times I felt was unnecessary to the office receptionist), she recommended I go on Google to research some things she had mentioned. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

Booked the day before everything was confirmed right away! I did blood work for STD testing and it was an easy and smooth process from drawing the blood to speaking with the staff. Great experience
