This was my first time at this practice. I was greeted by a very friendly staff and everyone I interacted with was great. The provider I was seen by, Sophie Newhouse, was extremely thorough and explained all the steps she was taking, my options and made me feel very welcome.
I would recommend to anyone that is looking for thorough care with an importance on not only patient care in office but even outside of it by keeping great communication.

Oddly, I was able to pay the co-pay for my insurance with a credit card but for some uncovered paperwork, they insisted on cash or check neither of which I carry.

Great Expérience
The staff at the front and the nurses were super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The doctor was attentive and also scheduled several necessary tests. I’ll definitely come back… though hopefully not too often!

I do not recommend this place. I waited over an hour past my appointment time in an unpleasant waiting area. When the doctor finally came in, she didn’t acknowledge the delay, didn’t apologize, didn’t make eye contact, and didn’t introduce herself. I felt like I was just another task to get through, not a patient who mattered. She briefly mentioned getting blood work done, but by that point, I was so uncomfortable and disappointed that I simply walked out. I did not get the blood work and will not be returning. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a healthcare provider .

Although I already have another primary care provider, I was incredibly impressed with the thoroughness of Ms. Newhouse and her assistant during the intake process.
