I had blood drawn and I was given a call about my results from Patra directly in less than a week. Also, Zeta who took my initial stats and then my blood was attentive, caring, and patient. About Sripatra 'Patra' Lertpaichaiyon

I booked through Zocdoc and they made me sign up on a completely different portal and enter all of my info again. I was not even seen by the dr I booked with. On top of that, I had to see another dr right after my appointment with this Dr because they didn’t think my issue was actually valid and blamed my problem on allergies. I had to pay two copays to get the actual prescription for my need which was incredibly frustrating during a work day.

Never seen the doctor called the office multiple times. They never put me in the system told me after calling twice to see why my doctor never reached out to me. I was told I would be seen by another provider and never seen that provider too. No communication on their end what so ever. Would not book here ever again

I went for a Covid test, and they lost the test…. It took them a month and a half to acknowledge any wrongdoing, and even two months later they are still trying to charge me for my visit even though they never gave me the services I went there for…..

Friendly staff and quick wait times. However, disappointed by how PCP treated my questions. It was a quick visit; I appreciated the transparency of telling me she did not know the answer to my question immediately, but appeared dismissive when requesting alternative prescription that worked for me in the past. Even when advocating for myself, it felt like she did not listen. Would only recommend if you previously had her as a PCP, but would not recommend for new patients.

The office was 77 degrees so I was sweating and the doctor got annoyed with me in our discussion because I misunderstood her question when she was asking about my symptoms.
