Infinitely better than the doctors at Boston Road Medical who destroyed my health by giving me *3* nausea inducing antibiotics in a row, with PERMANENT consequences. I'd be far better off now than if I had never gone to Boston Road Medical, which you still rank highly when all but one of the fantastic doctors they use to have, have left.
Dr. Simons is a careful listener and very competent. I'm tremendously relieved to find him after the horrendous experience I had with my last PCP.

Pretty nice doctor... but the whole wait time makes me regret coming here my appointment was at 230 I was seen by 330 and as I write this it's 540 and I'm still here waiting to do blood work....

This reminded me of a medical camp in a third world country. Too many patients from India and Bangeladesh !! And I was being triaged and another worker kept bringing other patients into my room while I was being seen. Although he said excuse me all three times it still felt like an invasion of my right to privacy. I would avoid this place at all costs. Im looking for a doctor not a CLINIC!!

Service by front desk people sucked. They were all justvtalking to eachother ignoring the patients. People were waiting on line to speak with them and it was if the patients werent there. Horrible front desk service.

My visit with the doctor himself was great!!! The front desk staff is HORRIBLE!!! I made an appointment on ZOCDOC to see Dr. Simon. I had done this once before and both times, when I arrive, I am told I have to see another Dr. Afterwards, I was told that I had to wait to see Dr. Simon, because he was the only on who would write my prescription. My appointment time was for 1 pm and I did not get to see Dr. Simon until almost 7 pm. I was told that they use Dr. Simon's name on ZocDoc, but you are not requesting an appointment with him specifically. The times on ZocDoc are for all dr's in the clinic.

The staff at Dr Simons's office is very unprofessional. They talk about you in Spanish. and assume you don't know the language which is offensive and disrespectful but also look miserable and unwelcoming. The nurses serve you immediately however you wait an exorbitant amount of time for the doctor. The office is was trash but the girls in the front brought out the worst. It is a shame that they are representative of this doctor.

He was pretty good with my wife...my appt was very brief, I was there pretty much to est. a new primary physician. Front desk needs to be more attentive to pts walking in.

This review is based on having been to the office twice-for my original appointment and a follow up appointment. The first time, I scheduled my appt. on Zocdoc w/ Dr. Simons, but upon arriving, I was told that he was not in, so I met with nurse practitioner Bill Wagner. He was very down to earth and took the time to explain things.
I didn't find this to be the case with Dr. Simons. He seemed fairly indifferent. For example, he told me I had an infection, but didn't tell me what kind it was until I asked. This is not okay.
In terms of the office staff, they seemed like they wanted to be elsewhere. Also, when scheduling a followup, it appears that they just pick a date at random, so make sure you request a specific date and time and if you reschedule an appointment TRIPLE check that it was actually rescheduled.
