About Dr. Kaijun Huang
Kaijun Huang, MD, MS, began her medical career in 2018 working in the New York City metro area. Dr. Huang has a strong interest in general and preventive medicine, including managing chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, chronic hepatitis, coronary artery disease, infectious diseases, and pain management. She is also dedicated to cancer screening, vaccination, and counseling for psychological conditions. Additionally, Dr. Huang offers USCIS immigration medical examinations and CDL Medical Exams. She is board-certified in internal medicine.
Dr. Huang grew up in South China. After graduating from Sun Yat-sen University with a Doctor of Medicine degree, she earned her master’s degree in medicine from Sun Yat-Sen University. She completed her internal medicine residency at NYU Langone Hospital Brooklyn. Following her training, she served as the medical director of the primary care division at a private medical group for six years. She has also been elected as a board member of one of New York’s Medicare Accountable Care Organizations.

My appointment with Dr. Huang was an interesting case. She is a good doctor and offers advice. The issue here is the billing/payment structure. Since I have an HSA card and was hoping to use it on this visit (since this was a general physical checkup appointment), that didn't happen. To make matters worse, the only way to pay for in-office visits was either cash or zelle (which seems very suspicious). I had to opt for the zelle payment, but it wasn't a comfortable experience. When I received another bill on 12/13/25 to pay off an additional remaining balance after the insurance review, the payment options were either zelle or check. This was my first and last visit at this office. To be clear, this was just a general physical checkup. I wasn't warned about the charges or the payment structure prior to the visit (if I was informed, I would've cancelled my appointment immediately. I do not recommend anyone coming to this office, until the payment structures are changed.

The office is nice and neat which makes me feel comfortable. The front desks are friendly and caring. Most importantly Dr. Huang is very professional and patient explained every detailed on each condition of my current body situation and gave out reasonable advices for me to improve and maintain. Overall, it is a great and satisfying experience visiting Dr. Huang's office. Will recommend others too!
