Good appointment very quick.
Hes a great doctor. Keeps things brief & goes straight to the point.
He is the best
Very professional. I received all the answers to my questions
He doesn't make you wait. He's good at prognosis
The doctor was really nice and professional, however his staff were highly disoriented and seemed said they were hiding from the patients... I had an appt at 8:30 am and didn't get seen until like 10 or 10:30am... not to mention my prescription was never sent to the pharmacy although the front receptionist said she would send it... it's been over a week and still no prescription
Dr. Baker was good. He made me feel comfortable and welcomed. His secretaries and the assistants however are horrible. They couldnt draw out blood and pinched me 5 times. I cried. The secretary at the front is very rude and hard to understand. Although I liked him as a doctor, i cannot attend to an office where respect is rare. I also called to get an EKG that they disnt have time to do (since it took the nurse 1hr to draw my blood). They said to come over on a day the doctor was not even there and i had taken that day off. In my opinion Dr. Baker should get his staff checked. I am highly disappointed.
Great doctor, takes care of me, my father and aunt.
The doctor is fine his front desk is very unorganized and he has too many people working front desk and speak English poorly
Dr was great. His reception staff needs to be more on point with the patients. They dont ask what your there for and ask you to sign in and don't give you a pen and get mad when you ask them for one. They talk to much at the desk and have the patients standing there. They ask you questions about who you are and things to that matter when they have yourinformation on your file right in front of their face.
Doctor shows that he hate his job
I am so happy that Dr Baker is now my primary physician. He and staff are warm and friendly, they made me feel relaxed. I enjoyed my time at the doctors office for the first time.
Best doctors office on zoc doc. Everything was perfect!
Waited almost 2 hours and then they called me in for a sonogram and not my well visit appt with my doctor. If the receptionist would've ask me what i was there for instead of throwing me a pen and telling me to sign the clipboard.. And mayne checked to see my name she would have seen that i was there for a doctors visit not a sonogram
This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I had an 8:30 am appointment and some of the doctors and the receptionist showed up at almost 9:30. I came in with a simple request for my college. I just needed a form signed by a doctor showing i had some vaccines that most children receive young. I brought in my chart showing these vaccines as well. The Doctor and his Staff charge me a full doctors visit and my deductible was very high for some reason but thats not the issue. the Doctor performed zero work and photo copied the records I brought and signed his name to see attached. This process took over two hours and I left the office after 10:30. I do not have an issue of paying if there was a service performed but I signature should not constitute as medical visit especially since I was a former patient. I will not come back to this place ever and I would like to see what he charge the insurance honestly and see if the charges add up to the service. Unless I have missed something and signatures count as doctors visits when you bring the information needed. I will not just stop here either contacting the insurance to see if charges equal the cost i was charged and to make sure this was not some type of fraud.
Visit pleasant in spite of my sever pain. Staff helpful. Dr baker good bedside manner. I think I will keep him for my primary doctor.
They had no idea about my documents from ZocDoc and when I mentioned that I filled everything out online, they looked at me like I had 2 heads. I had 8:30am appointment but the staff doesn't arrive until 9am. Seems like they are very overbooked and add in the fact that they accept walk-ins with no appointment necessary makes me think long waits are a normal thing. Most of the staff was ok, the younger girls were much better than the old ladies, and the doctor seemed ok. Once I saw him I was in and out in a minute or 2.
The Recepitioncist are lost. The doctor didn't even provide me with the service requested through Zocdoc instead referred me to some else (which I could have seen my self with out a referral) so upset that I had to waste money on this visit.
Only reason I had wait more then 30 minutes to see the Dr. was because I was a new patient and had to do paperwork. So it was expected. The Doctor was really cool and easy to talk to. Very understanding. The girls behind the desk are very nice and helpful. I'd definitely go back and see Dr. Baker.
The visit went very well Dr.baker was very friendly and proffessional.
Barry Baker was very nice and helpful. The clinic was very crowded on the downside, I got there at 1240 and wasn't seen until 230.
My appointment was at 12:30pm. The waiting time was longer than an hour. My reason for making that appointment were addressed really quickly and the professional bedside was clean. The Dr. will be definitely recommended to other people. The co-workers were polite except for a rude one that answers the phone in the front desk. Overall, the appointment went well!
It was fantastic.
I had to change doctors because he didn't even tell me I had high blood pressure and I was low on vitaman D ... Now I have the beat doctor ever and I guess he never realized that I took my whole family out of there
Great doctor. Felt very comfortable with him and he was very patient and professional.. I will definitely keep him as my primary doctor..
It was a good visit. I was attended really well and I even got referred to the doctors I need to see.
It was fast, my reason for going was professionally addressed. The waiting period was apparently 30 minutes. Excellent overall!! Thank You!
Horrible experience! The entire operation was very unprofessional. The rooms were dirty, actual garbage on the floor. I was seen early in the day and yet all the garbage cans were already filled, clear indicator the garbage was not removed the night prior. No paper towels in the bathroom. It was a long wait time to see the doctor and when I was seen he rushed through everything, spent maybe 5 minutes with the actual doctor. In addition he asked me more questions about where I lived and worked then my actual health. After the blood work I was sitting in the room without any instruction of what was going to happen next. When 15 minutes went by and I finally ask the lady that was working there what was going to happen next she rudely turned to me and responded "wait I'm working." After she was done doing whatever she was doing on the computer she sat me in another in a room, about 30 minutes went by before someone happen to notice I was there. Overall Bad horrible experience other then one of the front desk girls being polite there nothing good I can say about this doctors office. Would not return even if the consultation was free!
Very displeased with the office wait it was over 1 hour. :(
He and his staff makes you feel like you are at the right place..Professional and a.clean environment..friendly staff. short wait time
Terrible experience, I've never seem a doctor so careless. He cared more about what type of insurance I had than my name or what was wrong with me. Got there at 12:30pm, didn't leave until 3:30pm and the doctor consultation only took 5minutes. Stay away from this place !!!
Dr. Baker is very friendly and has a wonderful bedside manner. He was very helpful and addressed all of my concerns. His staff was very friendly, especially Marina, the nurse who did blood work. My only issue was the wait, but it was well worth it given the demeanor, professionalism, and care from Dr. Baker and his amazing staff.
It was pretty good and professional
Dr. Baker address my concerns, workers we're polite. No complaints at all !! Waiting time was quickly in a timely manner! Thanks.
I was under the impression he was a dermatologist according to what I was looking for.
My visit was fast and simple. Went in for annual physical and blood work. Im surprised to say that its a small worl. Dr. Bary Baker happens to be one of my customers. (Barista at starbucks) i didnt notice till now!
THE RECEPTIONIST WAS POLITE and respectful. The doctor appointment was arrogant and irrelevant because the reason for my appointment wasn't addressed. It was pointless and I'm upset :-(!!
He was good. Fast and friendly.
As soon as I got there, the staff workers were polite. There are no complaints at all. Everything was fast and professional. The waiting time was right away because it was less than 30 minutes from my appointment time. Dr. Barry Baker was excellent, polite, professional. He addressed me in a excellent matter and all my appointment concern were addressed properly. Just needing more follow ups as required. There are no complaints. Thank You very much, have a blessed day.
My appointment was at 10:30am, waiting time was pretty good because it was 30-45 minutes or less. Dr. Baker was polite and theral*, he addressed all my concerns. However, where the blood works were concern the ladies were SOMEWHAT polite and when they tried to stick the needle they didn't know how to do so and prior to that they ask me unnecessary questions. They held my arm HARSHLY with worried me checking whether to use the left nor the right and them being un-founded. They need more manners on there concerns. Overall all turned out well! No other complaints at all. Thanks however ??.
I love this doc , Such a humble and caring individual .
great. very thourough
Dr. Baker is fine as a primary care physician. But I have an issue with one member of his staff though, the phlebotomist in particular- as she was about to draw my blood in the back room, she asked me what medications I am on. When I mentioned that I am on an OCP, sheproceeded to tell me that I should not be on birth control, because it's bad for women, no explanation provided. She even went so far to as to tell me as I was leaving to "please stop taking your birth control"! I had to firmly tell her that I would continue to take the medication that was prescribed to me previously. This was incredibly unprofessional behavior on part of a staff member who did not know my medical history or anything else about me. Any young women out there, please be aware and if this happens to you, mention it to Dr. Baker so things like this don't happen to others. Otherwise, Dr. Baker was nice, the visit was fast, my labs were drawn quickly, and I was out the door within an hour.
Very Accurate Listens and ask lots of questions
Very professional and cared very much about my issues.. I feel very hopeful finally!!
Nice guy, too busy, had to almost grab him and hold on to tell him about my medical issues. Waited 45 minutes past my appointment time. No one was rude but no one was polite either. The bathroom was dirty the medical room had a bloody band-aid on the floor. And nothing from Zocdoc was used, the appointment time was no good, found out when I called to confirm, and none of the paper work Online was used had to fill out complete forms there.
