I actually loved my experience. Pat the MA was almost the highlight of my visit. She was friendly and welcoming and she made her getting information from me feel like a conversation and not a seek to learn inquisition. Dr. Mcgann was extremely friendly but also straight to the point. She was very knowledgeable and although this was the first time being seen by her I felt at home. My only issue was at the end when I was waiting for the receptionist to give me my referrals and other paperwork, they came into the waiting room where I was waiting with other patients and explained in front of everyone what my referrals were for. I felt he should have pulled me in the office and said this. I was embarrassed but all and all 8/10.
