The office location was very clean and orderly. My check in process was fast and I was moved to a room very quickly. The doctor came to see me shortly after I had my basic vitals checked. He was friendly, clear with communication and had the prescription sent right away. This has been the best overall experience I've had at any medical office. Office staff were professional when I called earlier that day, and checked me in with ease.

I had booked my appointment on Zocdoc for Thursday and when I got there, they told me that the doctor wasn’t even in on Thursdays, which was totally bizarre. They had no idea of my appointment. They had no idea anything. The lady in the office called me Beverly my name is Diane, I looked at her and said really you have my drivers license. The whole experience was awful.
