I earned my Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from St. John's University, which prepared me to provide compassionate and knowledgeable care. When my patients come to my office, I take my time to ensure that every question is answered and they leave feeling well informed about their health. Wait time was long, front desk asked in front on everyone why I was there when it was stated when I made the appointment. I believe a student did my intake but she seemed very confused, a doctor did come in but then another lady had to step in who actually was useful. They gave me 3 referrals to see specialists based on my symptoms.. I called and all those numbers don't answer and their voicemail is full so bad sign will not be going to them. Really the visit unfortunately was a waste of time. I called and asked to speak with the doctor when he had time to at least call me back and they said no! haha

I came on time before 9am. It took so long to complete my physical exam and I was marked as walked in. It seems they are not aware or recognize that I have appointment even I told the front desk. My test has ended around 11:30am.
