Certainly didn't seem like a personalized experience at all when in his office. I felt like I was on an assembly line. And then, I had a severe reaction to two of the medications he prescribed, left a frantic and important voicemail, and it took WAY TOO LONG for anyone to get back to me, and when the DOCOTR finally called, he completely dismissed my reactions and was rude.

After my first appointment with Dr. Figiel, I feel like I am going to be well-treated in his care. He was understanding, direct, and accommodating. I have had very unpleasant experiences with other doctors in the area but I had a great experience with him.
He listened. He paid attention and he is willing to work with me to lower the dosages of one of my medications after I expressed concerns. His bedside manner was great and I appreciate his direct approach.

I felt very at ease. I've had appointments with other psychiatrists that were cold, barely spoke, and didn't seem to care about what brought me to them to begin with. Not the case here. Dr. Figiel was attentive, cared what happened, and also very thorough and informative. He explained everything in detail and didn't act as if I had no idea what he was explaining... He didn't insult my intelligence or treat me like a child. I really felt comfortable with him, and his recommendations. I will be back and will definitely make sure I continue my care with him.

Dr. Figiel and his staff made me feel very comfortable. I have been looking for a good Psychiatrist, and I think I may have found him. I also liked the stress free environment. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this office to others.
