Dr. Itzkowitz was friendly, good bedside manner, very detail oriented and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Reviewed all my records prior to coming into the exam room. He answered questions in which my primary GI doctor couldn't. Also, told me exactly what I needed. It was definitely worth the trip to the city. The check in process was easy and quick. I was then directed to the waiting room. I just sat down and his staff came right out to check me in. I had a great experience!

Showed up at 8:00 am for an 8:20 appt. Was seen by the Dr. immediately. I have had IBS for a very long time and the Dr. took the time to listen and understand my case history. Due to some recent issues, I was expecting some major changes in my treatments. Instead he identified that I had two issues and was only being treated for one of them. He proposed some common sense approaches that so far have been working great. I have been seeing IBS dr's for years and Dr. Itzkowitz is the first one that truly understood my issues and has approaches to treat them.
