One of the quickest doc apppointment's I have ever had. Dr. Lipson is great with a quick diagnosis of what's going on with the outside of my heel. As for his receptionist, Kathy, she is very friendly and helpful. She made my whole office visit very comfortable.

Never examined my feet. Gave me expired pills that did not work then said I should see a neurologist because the pain was from nerves in my spine. Actually got a proper exam and diagnosis of mortons neuroma from a real podiatrist. Don't walk run(if you can) from this office.

Dr. Lipson and his office manager, Kathy, were very cordial, helpful, positive and patient. We were the ones who were late as we got mixed up with signs off of The Fairfax County Parkway. Dr. Lipson took our insurance which Walker Lane podiatrists don't. Kevin feels better about his feet. My husband is still not defeeted.

It's the worst doctor I have ever been to. I will explain my appointment in detail below but it was truly a terrible experience that I don't wish to anyone else.
I had something as simple as an ingrown toenail and I was in a lot of pain so I told him that I wasn't able to walk because of the pain , so he grabbed my foot, and without any local anestesia or numbing the area first, he cut the nail and pulled it out without any care. he then pressed my toe and asked if it still hurt ....which of course it did. I explained to him that I already cleaned the area and cut that part of the nail at home in a similar fashion a few times before, but the pain always persisted. so he grabbed the scissors again and cut the area even deeper , making my toe bleed and i almost screamed from the pain and he just pulled my nail again harder. he then just put some neosporin with his finger and placed a band aid on top of the blood , he didn't even think about cleaning the area a little.
I have had this problem in the past and no where did i get this kind of treatment. I just changed doctors because i moved but would rather just drive farther than to come to this doctor again.
I couldn't believe that a doctor could be that careless and not be attentive to his patient's condition, state of pain or discomfort. I will never return to his practice again and recommend no one else goes either.

The office is dated and old but the service was excellent. Dr. Lipson has a great bedside manner and explains everything in a way that you can understand. The only drawback is the office decour and equipment is antiquated. If you want a good Dr. you will be pleased. If you want a modern facility with bells and whistles this is not the office for you.

Dr. Lipson was fast and efficient at removing a splinter from my daughter's foot. We'd taken her to two other clinics that could do nothing, but recommended a pediatrician. Dr. Lipson completed the removal in less than a minute with minimal pain to my daughter. Seeing him took about five to ten minutes (still before our appointment time), but I had to fill out a few forms that were partially repeats of info I'd already filled out online with ZocDoc.

I like the fact that Dr. Lipson and his staff, Kathy, are very personable. You are not rushed, they are thorough, approachable and answer all your questions. Wait time is almost non-existent and Dr. Lipson has a great bed side manner and really listens to your concerns. It is a wonderful doctor/patient relationship.

All my visits for my heel has been great. Took the time to discuss any issues from last visit and why it could be happening. Rehab was great and very successful. My wife and I have seen Dr Lipson for separate issues and are very happy with results.

Dr. Lipson and his staff (Kathy) are very friendly and professional. I was seen within 5-10 minutes of my arrival. Dr. Lipson was very attentive and listened to my concerns. He took x-rays in his office - very convenient. He gave me some preliminary advice and had me schedule a follow-up appointment to discuss the findings and his diagnosis/recommendations after he reviewed my x-rays. Very easy to make an appointment. Location is very convenient and there is sufficient, free parking. I would recommend!
