As a first time patient, I was very impressed with how comprehensive my medical history was developed along with the outline of the treatment plan which started immediately with all of the testing.

The office visit was very pleasant. Great staff, everyone was friendly and approachable. I was shown around and introduced to everyone in the back. Dr. Pounders was attentive and friendly and made me feel at ease. This is a small office, which i liked very much.

This was my first visit and I am truly amazed at how organized, efficient and friendly the entire staff is. I came loaded down with a laptop, iPad and phone to keep me busy while I waited, but I never needed any of them. I was taken 10 minutes ahead of my appointment and seen by the doctor within 2 minutes of being taken to an exam room. Wow. Very thorough exam and questioning about my health and previous diagnoses. Will definitely recommend to others.
