About Dr. Jaxel Lopez-Sepulveda
Dr. Jaxel Lopez-Sepulveda is a board-certified family medicine physician serving men, women, and children at Clinica tu Salud in Irving, Texas. He is dedicated to providing his patients with compassionate, affordable, and individualized care. Dr. Lopez-Sepulveda founded Clinica tu Salud in 2017.
Born in Puerto Rico, Dr. Lopez-Sepulveda grew up inspired by his father, Dr. Angel Luis López Ruiz, a well-established surgeon. From a young age, he knew his vocation was to become a physician. His childhood was filled with trips to the hospital, where he accompanied and observed his father at work. These experiences instilled in him the principles of methodical, empathetic, and efficient care.
Dr. Lopez-Sepulveda earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Swedish Covenant Hospital. His primary goal is to enhance patient wellness overall, helping men, women, and children in Irving and the surrounding areas. He believes that regardless of economic status, everyone deserves access to the highest standard of medical care.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Lopez-Sepulveda communicates effectively with a diverse patient population. He specializes in the prevention and management of chronic diseases. Clinica tu Salud offers an innovative weight-loss program and features an in-office laboratory for faster test results and added convenience.
When he isn't in the office, Dr. Lopez-Sepulveda cherishes spending time with his family, friends, and dogs. He also enjoys working out, biking, and traveling.

The doctor was terrible he didn’t team a take a look at my throat and didn t run any test….so I had to leave and go to the emergency room… where they had to give me pain medicine and antibiotics to help because he didn’t nothing….i was in the back maybe 10 min

They were very wonderful listeners and they made you feel very welcomed and appreciative for your visit not as if they were annoyed you were there. The nurse who checked me in was very nice and thanked me for completing the online check-in prior to my arrival which made the wait time way less. I also enjoyed the way the Dr communicated with me and made me feel like I was actually talking to a friend rather than my Dr. I also was waiting for my ride who was a little late in picking me up and they ensured me if I didn’t have anymore questions and proceeded to give me a water while I waited which I greatly appreciated as well. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I arrived 15 minutes prior to my annual physical appointment and was taken in within 5 minutes of waiting. Blood test and prerequisite checks(blood pressure, temperature, questions, etc.) were taken before my actual appointment time. Physician had conducted his checks and I was out whithin about 5 minutes. I received my blood results the next day. The staff were friendly and very informative.
