He seems like a capable doctor with a lot of experience. His staff on the other hand not very friendly. The nurse Mario that took me back disregarded the fact that I told him my xrays are in the system and to please pull them up. He waived me off saying “ we willl just do another one!” Finally the x- ray technician was kind enough to look it up. By the time we saw the doctor, we were there for an hour and 40 minutes. While he was nice, he talks a lot about things that have nothing to do with why I was there- like vacations, people he knows etc. it may be an attempt at trying to be relatable or just making small talk, but it sure as heck takes a long time and explains why our wait was almost 2 hours.
I would recxomend for his expertise but make sure you have a lot of time.

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, I was seen within minutes of my appointment time. To my surprise, my knee issue was expertly addressed and treatment provided on my initial visit. Service can not be any better than that. If you have a problem, than I recommend you pgo see these guys!

He engaged in conversation with me about my school and extracurricular activities and seemed very interested in getting me healed. Yo tengo la suerte de atenderme con Dr. Suart confio plenamente en su profecionalismo, no todos los medicos son humanos y censibles con sus pacientes, por todo eso se perdona tener que esperar tanto para la consulta, seria bueno que de alguna manera eso cambiara, talvez hacer menos citas a la misma hora, detodos modos estoy contento con la atencion de el Dr. que Dios lo Bendiga y le de salud por muchos mas anos para que nos siga atendiendo!

Dr. Goldsmith was very friendly. He was very thorough in his exam and answered all of my questions. The wait time was a little extensive. I was waiting over an hour. The receptionist also did not have my appointment scheduled, which I made on zocdoc. They still saw me though.

I liked Dr. Goldsmith & some of his staff seemed very professional, efficient & friendly, but the long wait time to be seen by the doctor was unexpected & inconvenient. I was taken back in a decent amount of time to do x-rays & then put in an exam room, but before the dr. came in, I was beginning to think I had been forgotten. Once I saw Dr. Goldsmith everything was great, though. I do feel like the girl at the front check-in area could improve on showing a little more tolerance, friendliness & just projecting a more welcoming & helpful attitude.

This was my second time to this doctor and both times it was an extremely long wait, just about 2 hours. I had a feeling of just being on an assembly line, the reception was not very welcoming, with signs all over curtly telling you not to ask about wait times. Seems to be the only specialist in the area for my insurance so I will try an out of town one next time. Only easy part was booking this appointment on ZocDoc!
