Was running late for my appointment called in advance to tell them that I was running late before I left. They told me over the phone that they had a 30 minute grace period policy and that as long as I arrive within 30 minutes that I would be seen. I drive 30 minutes to the appointment And the building is huge. They only the entire thing and have multiple offices inside. I was walked over to where the office is located by a staff member from a different department once I get there still within the 30 minute grace period. They tell me the doctor won't see me and they would have to reschedule. Appointment was at 340 and I was in the building by 4PM.
