He was referred to me. I go to a large box eye doctor. Went twice to the doctor and mentioned about the blurry vision. Still blurry even with the new script. Became frustrated and went to Dr. Krasnoff and wow. My script was wrong. He discussed my lifestyle and established that reading glasses for computer use would be helpful. Lori was amazing who reviews the order and gets you set up with your vision needs. Dr. Krasnoff took his time with me and my husband. He was excellent.

Doing the right thing, I waited outside with a mask. When I popped my head in to let the staff know I'm here, I was shunned and told to wait. Terrible customer services. Strike one!
Long, long after my appointment time, someone finally came and asked me who I was, then said that I didn't have an appointment. Incompetent office operations. Strike two!
Then the staff claimed that they configured ZocDoc to tell patients to call to make the appointment and that this was my mistake. Further, the staff demanded I prove I had an appointment. Nasty people. Strike three!
After returning home, I re-checked ZocDoc and my email confirmation. There was no such note that this person claimed. Further, why bother with online appointments if you have to call anyway.
In any case, three strikes. If you value your time or being treated with respect, don't go here.

I was so impressed with my eye exam. A Nikon Ultra-Wide Field Retinal Imaging Device was used which negated the need for drops. I left knowing my eyes were thoroughly checked and I had no serious issues. Awesome

The selection of frames are top notch, and I only trust Greg to help me pick out my glasses!
