Nice guy, but did not answer my questions thoroughly. He walked in, asked a few simple questions, gave quick answers, and left.

This is the second time I am having an issue with the office of Dr. Gupta. The first time they made me wait over 85 minutes. They didn't even have me on their appointment calendar. Then they said the doctor wasn't even there. I called Zocdoc, which in turn communicated with the office manager at Dr. Gupta's clinic and walked them how to accept Zocdoc appointments. When the doctor finally came, the compressed visit lasted about 3 minutes, as he seemed to be behind schedule with all his appointments.
Today my appointment was at 10:30. I signed in at the reception promptly. At 10:50 I inquired about how long before the doctor saw me and the reception lady told me they did NOT have my appointment in the system again. After I showed her my already overdue appointment via ZocDoc, I was told that I had to wait my turn and that might take 35-45 additional minutes as they had six patients ahead of me. I asked them to cancel my appointment and went my own way.
The clerks in this office are unprofessional and I would never use Dr. Gupta again.

It literally took me 2 hours to be seen because it was overcrowded and double booked. More so, as I was waiting, he was coming back from lunch or somewhere, walking past a swarm of his patients. When I finally seen the doctor, he went through my history and it was a normal check up except two things. One he didn't even check if I had any pain. Two when I told him my medication during the visit all he said was "Hmmm..." and didn't say anything else. Come to learn he doesn't prescrib the medication I was needing(Humira). So I'm left in pain looking for a new GI because a doctors mistake. I highly do not recommend this doctor because of carelessness.
