Moving to Chicago, I had to find a new doctor. Right away, Sue made me feel completely comfortable in her care. She got rid of my "doctor office anxiety" by holding conversation. Her genuine nature and nonjudgmental environment truthfully allowed me to have the best experience I have ever had with any physician during my appointment earlier this afternoon. I highly recommend Dr. Hungerford, especially to those other people I know who have a hard time feeling comfortable during these type of appointments. She is fantastic.

I really appreciated her bedside manner, she really seemed to want to help me and gave me the time and attention that you rarely get in an office that is as big and busy at this one is. I look forward to continuing my care with her.
The only unfortunate note is the same as it has always been with this group, the front office staff continue to disappoint. Once again, they were not able to find and pull my file until after I had seen the Dr.

I was a new patient to this office and was called back right at my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Hungerford was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I didn't feel rushed in my appointment, she took the time to answer all of the questions and concerns I had. I would definitely recommend her!

Dr. Hungerford was excellent. She was friendly, answered my questions, and made me feel at ease. The only downside was the initial wait, followed by waiting for the doctor in the exam room, and then in her office. It was not quick, but I would still strongly recommend.

Dr. Hungerford has been a life saver for me. I am a patient with a very complicated history and she took the time to listen and get to know me, and each complaint/issue I had. I am a patient who is used to going to see a practitioner and be told it's all in my head, or everything will be alright. I appreciate the honesty of Dr. H and most of all I admire her expertise. I feel I have finally found the right doctor for me, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a specialist. I am sure I have quite a road ahead of me, but I am glad Dr. H is willing to be a part of my journey.
