I treat individuals from the age of 7-40 years old. I tailor each treatment plan to each individual so that it is geared towards their individual goals and interests. I believe that psychotherapy (“talk therapy”) can be valuable and when needed combining the psychotherapy with psychiatric medications. There are times that combining medications and therapy will yield the best outcome for the client. I am trained in various therapy modalities including CBT (cognitive behavior therapy), REBT (rational emotive behavior therapy), DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), TF-CBT (trauma focused-cognitive behavioral therapy), and others.
My educational background includes a Psychology B.S. earned at the University of Northern Colorado (Greeley, Colorado), followed by a masters of Psychology earned at California School of Professional Psychology (Fresno, California) then following a doctorate of psychology in clinical psychology at California School of Professional Psychology (Fresno, California).
