What should a new client know about working with you?

Having worked as a teacher, school counselor, and therapist in education and community health, I possess extensive experience with children, teens, and families. I primarily work with ages 3-18, families, and adults (including women’s issues). I specialize in OCD, trauma, grief, ADHD, anxiety, family conflicts, and school-related issues. I offer both in-person and Teleheath sessions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I meet clients’ needs with the most appropriate therapy for them. I am a trained therapist for a cutting-edge, quick-acting trauma treatment called Flash Technique, a minimally intrusive therapy that can help clients of all ages. I also utilize modalities such as play therapy, art therapy, ERP, ACT, CBT, IFS, and somatic methods such as mindfulness. I use a person- centered approach and use techniques that may work best for each individual client.
