Overall, I'm very unhappy with my visit to Dr. Moola. I went to Dr. Moola because of her extensive availability as I was having pelvic pain and wanted to see a doctor as soon as possible. Upon arrival, the receptionist was nice, but there was a very grumpy looking man in the waiting room. I assumed he was waiting for his wife, but I don't think there were any patients there besides myself. Once I went back to see the doctor, I was met with an extremely unfriendly nurse who didn't even introduce herself. After finding my weight she brought me to an exam room that was very dated and had a bug glue trap in the corner FILLED with bugs. At this point, I was terrified about what I had got myself into. Once the doctor came in, I was relived because she was very pleasant, to the point, and answered all of my questions. If my experience had ended, there I would be writing a very different review. At the office, Dr. Moola took two test samples to be sent in and referred me to a medical imaging office for two ultrasounds. I didn't hear back for over THREE weeks regarding the results of my tests, AND I had to call myself to check in on the tests. Additionally, Dr. Moola said she would send a prescription to the pharmacy I use, and this was never done. Fortunately, I already had an old refill on file. In summary, I will not being returning to Dr. Moola's office. While the doctor herself is pleasant and efficient, her practice is a mess.
