Dr. Gubbala is always attentive to my concerns & very responsive. Sometimes wait time for an appointment are a little long, but I'm sure it is because Dr. Gubbala cares to take the time with her patients.

Had a hard time getting an appt. Called yesterday, was told to call at 8:00 am - today finally a person from Stanford Billing helped me after an hour on the phone. Stanford Health Care is too busy. My dr has been mine since before joining and it was much better before.
